Lead handling and buyer signals
Ads are the front half of the plan and lead handling is the back half. This is what happens after someone raises a hand, and how we read interest before they do.
What happens when someone enquires
1Capture
The one conversion
The contact form, “Connect with our Engineering Team”. Every offer routes to it, with the post or campaign tagged on the link.
2Respond
A named owner at Avartan
A personal reply quickly, ideally within one working day. Owner and response time to agree.
3Qualify
On the first call
Company and product category, the person’s role, what they are building, timing, and who else is involved. Details stay one on one.
4Record and feed back
A simple lead sheet
Source, company, role, date and stage, reviewed monthly. Marketing learns which posts and audiences led to real conversations, and spend follows.
Buyer signals, from weakest to strongest
Interest
Follows the page, likes, views a post or video. Keep them in the pool.
Engagement
Comments, shares, saves, or clicks through to the site. Add to the engaged retargeting pool.
Research
Visits the Technology or About page, or returns within weeks. Follow up with proof posts.
Buying group
Several roles from one target company engage or visit. The strongest early sign. Reach the missing roles directly.
Intent
Submits the form, signs up for the workshop, or replies to a message. Respond personally.
Signals are read at company and role level, from LinkedIn’s reports on the target list and from the website tag. Individuals are named only when they fill in the form or reply. Website signals cover visitors who accept the consent step. With small audiences, the numbers are read as monthly trends. The lead sheet and the owner at Avartan are agreed alongside the website go live.
At under ₹50,000 a month the plan concentrates spend: one or two boosted posts a month to the narrow role audiences, the Month 4 lead offer, and message ads only if budget allows. Ads and boosts link to the Technology page or the contact form, and the form submission is the conversion to track. Each month on the calendar shows its paid activity.
